On Air Chef Massimo Bottura and Pasta with Marisa Laurito

There are two special guests in the Wine Station episode on the air tomorrow, Saturday, April 2 from 12.10 to 13 on Antenna Radio Esse.  At the microphones, multi-star chef Massimo Bottura and the popular Marisa Laurito will talk about taste, innovative cuisine, and especially pasta, considering  the second edition of “Trend Pasta” in the program for this weekend in Bologna. The chef from Modena of the Osteria Francescana will retrace his professional origins to the success he has today. All with great humility and irony. A few days before the start of the 45th edition of Vinitaly, wine will be the protagonist of the episode with Elisabetta Gnudi Angelini and her prized labels, coming from territories of excellence in Tuscany. The owner of the companies Borgo Scopeto and Caparzo will talk about the current situation of Italian wine and the importance of being present at Vinitaly. For the final part of the show, we will go back to the taste section with cheese and the first level course for tasters recently concluded at Confesercenti of Siena in collaboration with the Onaf.
