On Air With Chef Paolo Lopriore And New Trends In Taste

Paolo Lopriore, confirmed among the 50 best chefs in the world according to the tenth edition of the 50 Best Restaurants Award, will be among the protagonists of this Wine Station episode, on air Saturday, May 5 on the frequencies of Antenna Radio Esse from 12.10 to 13 and in streaming on www.antennaradioesse.it. In the company of the chef who has been leading the kitchen of the Ristorante Il Canto in the wonderful Certosa di Maggiano in Siena for 10 years, we will discuss the world’s new trends in taste and discover the spring novelties on his menu. Continuing the theme of expanding boundaries, Giovanni Pugliese, head of the foreign section of Enoteca Italiana and Deputy Executive Director of Yishang, will discuss the project “Contamination of Chinese food with Italian wine” which starts with labels made in Tuscany. Until next November, Enoteca Italiana will organize events in the main restaurants in Shanghai to promote the combination between our wines and traditional Chinese dishes. Giuseppe Calabrese, a journalist from Repubblica, will present Toscana Gourmet, the new space on the web pages of La Repubblica Florence, dedicated to everything that revolves around taste, from restaurants worth trying to events and places to visit. Finally, Ginevra Venerosi Pescioli will illustrate the eleventh edition of the Anteprima Vini of the Costa Toscana that opens tomorrow, Saturday, May 5, in Lucca with 80 producers and 400 labels as protagonists.
