Tomorrow with Wine Station at deGustiBooks and in search of flavors

Tomorrow’s will be an episode to everyone’s taste, Saturday, Nov. 26, same time as usual, from 12.10 to 13 on Antenna Radio Esse in Siena. This season’s eleventh Wine Station episode will take you to deGustiBooks, the fifth edition of “Books to taste food to know”, scheduled for the weekend in Florence in the beautiful (and uncommon) frame of the Tepidario, in the Horticultural Garden. Leonardo Romanelli will be the one to illustrate the formula of this event continuing until Sunday, November 27 with meetings between the authors, food shows and tastings. In Siena, in addition to the tastings at DegustaSiena, Slow Food presents “Adopt the Earth Mother”, with samplings of Brunello di Montalcino, the show on the stage of the Rinnovati “Tell me what you eat” of Motus Danza and photos of Riccardo Guardabasso. Duccio Lazzeretti, trustee of Slow Food Siena, will present the initiative. This episode the trip to the restaurant is doubled: first, Wine Station will take you to the discovery of the restaurant Davide Canella at Armaiolo (Rapolano Terme), where the namesake chef originally from Lucca has opened a restaurant for true gourmet dining. In Florence we will stop by the Santo Bevitore, much more than an osteria, near Piazza Santo Spirito.
