On Air Tomorrow the Tricks to Finding the Right Balance Between Taste and Health

Those who do not want to give up tasty food, while maintaining a balance with health (and maybe with the weight on the scale) will find answers in the Wine Station episode on air Saturday March 5 on Antenna Radio Esse. The episode will not mark a turning point towards the “healthy and respectable” of the wine-enjoying format led by Cristiana Mastacchi and Giovanni Pellicci, but wants to be a way to elaborate on the important issues of health applied to gastronomy. Gloria Turi will be our guest in the studio, Dietitian in the Office for Food Hygiene and Nutrition, Department of Prevention, USL7 of Siena. During the program we will also interview Stefano Azzi, the chef from Siena who started the “chef at home” service,  Sonia Pallai from Confesercenti Siena, who will talk about the new portal dedicated to catering MangiareaSiena.it and, finally, Massimo Mattia, talking about the new course of  the historical “Vinaio e Merende Permalico” in Siena, launched together with the support of the Mottola sisters.
