Showcooking On Air (on olive oil) by Carlo Cracco

Chef Carlo Cracco will be the protagonist of the Wine Station episode  Saturday, February 26, broadcast from 12.10 to 13 on Antenna Radio Esse. The chef from Milan will host for the Wine Station listeners an original showcooking,  on the eve of “Cooking for Olive Oil” scheduled Sunday, Feb. 27 in the new edition of “The Olive Oil Seasons” , at the Enoteca Italiana with 10 great chefs as protagonists. The focus this week will be on bubbles, made in Italy only. Wine Station takes you to the heart of the hills of the Prosecco di Valdobbiadene to discover the companies of Le Colture with Alberto Ruggeri. For the taste events, in the calendar for the coming days we will indulge in and around Siena. Wine Station offers a mini-guide, in addition to two new nights of Girogustando from Confesercenti Siena, scheduled in Montalcino and Monteroni d’Arbia, an overview of the Indian dinner Wednesday, March 2 at the Gallo Nero by Mauro Tigli and the evening dedicated to Amedei chocolate organized by  David Merolli’s restaurant Dolceforte.
