Tomorrow on ARE the story of Cignozzi Charles

Mozart’s music, played 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, among the vineyards of Brunello. The story of winemaker Carlo Cignozzi, owner of Il Paradiso in Frassina di Montalcino, is only one of the topics featured in tomorrow’s Wine Station episode on air Saturday, Jan. 22, from 12.10 to 13 on Antenna Radio Esse. Staying in Val d’Orcia, we will also discuss craft beer, getting to know Sandra Fabbrizzi, the brew master who works in the heart of the historic center of San Quirico, in the Val d’Orcia brewery. The trip through the vineyards of the Vernaccia di San Gimignano will stop this week by Mattia Barzaghi, from the Il Caggio farm. Barzaghi will talk about the expectations for the year 2010, one month away from Anteprima, the event to be held in San Gimignano. For the culinary part, leave some billboard space free for the events of Slow Food Siena which opens in 2011 with an evening dedicated to the Cinta Senese. Marco Bechi will illustrate the dinner menu in the restaurant Oste Mezzo programmed Friday, January 28 in Siena.
