Fresh-pressed Olive Oil and Chianti D’Autunno On Air

“New” oil is the protagonist of the Wine Station episode aired tomorrow, Saturday, Nov. 27, from 12.10 to 13 on Antenna Radio Esse.  Mauro Giannetti, agricultural councilor of the Municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga, will talk about the quality of the olive harvest in 2010, and the events scheduled over the weekend in Pianella, where the Festa dell’Olio Nuovo will continue.

We cannot do without the wine: Michele Satta, famous Bolgheri producer, will present his latest creation, the Semetipsum. This is a new label born from the alliance between music and art, on sale in a very special package.

As for the events, the Chianti d’Autunno is back, scheduled from December 1stto 12th in the Chianti area around Siena and Florence. Cosimo Ciampoli, Department of Culture of the town of Castellina in Chianti, will present the collection dedicated to wine& food tourism, now at its fifth edition.

After the preview dedicated to the  evening with Gallo Nero di Siena, Wine Station will present the cuisine of L’Osteria del Carcere “in San Gimignano, also reported by the Slow Food guides.
