Wine Station On Air

A multiple-star chef is coming to the home country of the Brunello. The story of German chef Oliver Glowig will be one of the topics discussed at the Wine Station on air tomorrow, Saturday October 23rd , from 12.10 to 13 on Antenna Radio Esse. From November 10th, a new restaurant will open inside the winery Poggio Antico, with Glowig -already two Michelin stars- in command , who promises to bring innovative dishes based on fresh fish to the realm of the Brunello di Montalcino.  A program full of wine & food events for this weekend. With Manuele Verdelli from the company Capannelle of Gaiole in Chianti, Wine Station will talk about Autocthona, the seventh exhibition of local wines held in Bolzano, featuring many Tuscan companies.  In Florence, Degustibooks will take the scene during the Festival of Creativity: the head organizer, Lirio Mangalaviti, will illustrate the formula for this review that allows you to browse through quality books while enjoying wine & food creations. Finally a few words from the sommelier with a capital S, Andrea Gori, called to express his opinion on the phenomenon of the moment: the various types of courses, more or less ideal, to learn all about wine.
